Georgie Holt - Life Coach

My understanding of people didn’t come from theory, it came from life. From moments where clarity mattered, and avoiding the truth wasn’t an option.

I began in elite sport as a professional dressage rider, with a clear ambition to compete at Olympic level. Alongside competing, I was also coaching and training others - from beginners through to Olympic-level riders. Early on, I learned the difference between performing at a high level and helping others realise their potential.

When injury forced a pivot in my own career, it clarified something that has stayed with me ever since: it’s not what happens to you, but what you do with what has happened, and how that shapes what comes next.

My professional experience spans large corporations, boutique luxury brands, and executive search in London and internationally, working closely with high-achieving individuals navigating career transitions, leadership demands, and periods of change.

The world of superyachts is a significant environment that has shaped my work. Operating at senior level, supporting the founder, calls for discretion, clear thinking under pressure, and the ability to find solutions quickly and creatively. It is an environment where trust, adaptability, and decisive problem-solving matter.

Across all of it, the contexts changed, but the patterns didn’t - Ambition, Expectation, Responsibility. And moments where clarity made the difference.

Long before I formally became a coach, people sought me out, not for advice, but for clarity. For someone who could listen properly, reflect honestly, and name what mattered. Over time, this became the work itself.

Much of what I do now now is with successful individuals who want more than just the next win. They come with things that matter, and we work towards them with focus and momentum, but the value goes beyond outcomes. The work supports growth, confidence, and a way of operating that elevates them.

I love the work I do deeply. There is something grounding and meaningful about supporting capable people to move forward with clarity and direction, and to see that reflected not just in results, but in a deeper recalibration of how they think, decide, and live across all areas of their life.

My role is to bring presence, lived experience, and decisive intervention, and to create the conditions where meaningful, lasting progress can take place.
